Change is here

I can finally say that my new blog is up and running. I'm not usually a big fan of change, but this time I think it's for the better. I hope you all think so too! I'm sad to say that this will be the last time I'm posting on "Made in Scandinavia"'s blog, but you're all more than welcome to check out my new one. Much love and thanks to all of you that supported both of us! Kisses, Vilda

Nikon COOLPIX L810

I am happy to say that I will no longer be sharing pictures with awful quality with all of you anymore. Yesterday I received this camera as a gift from my lovely grandparents and my father. No, it's not the best camera there is, but it's exactly what I needed to not only get started with my dream of being a photographer, but it's also going to help me really get my blog looking how I want it to!

How was everyone else's Christmas? I hope you all had an amazing day :) Much love, Vilda!

Collars

Over the last few months I've grown very fond of collars. It might be because I'm forced to wear one every day at school, or maybe because almost every shirt in stores nowadays consists of some form of a collar. Regardless of the reason, their now a highlight in my closet.

Now my life is sweet like cinnamon

Hey loves! How's everyone doing? Sadly, I'm not doing too well. I caught the virus that's been going around and have been laying in bed for the past two days. I think I've drowned myself in tea in efforts to get better.

I've been listening to the lovely Lana Del Ray's music all day. I recently discovered my new favorite song; Radio. I can't help but get goosebumps when I listen to it. Her lyrics are just too good and her velvety voice makes her irresistible.

Coming soon!

Today, one of my very best friends, Kristina Laygo, took photos of me. I'm super excited, because she's a great photographer and I can't wait to see how they turn out.
Kisses, Helena.

Into the Arctic

With every minute that passes by, my longing for bitter, cold, winter weather keeps getting stronger. Even though I hate actually being cold, I love bundling up in heaps of blankets with hot cocoa, preferably in front of a fire. I love the feeling of relief when you finally reach the warm comfort of your home after a day in the freezing cold. And I absolutely adore snow. Maybe I'm just nostalgic for the Christmas times in Sweden...

Since the unreliable Savannah weather isn't going to satisfy my craving for cold, these pictures might do me justice. Much love, Vilda!
